Detailed Description

8733Z is a late model P206. Its has low air frame, engine and prop time with annual due in May 2025. Its been my personal plane for the last 30 years. I bought it from an individual that owned it for the previous 15 or 20 years. The records are clean and I have them all the way back to manufacture. I've cared for it and know it well. Happy to go into all the details with someone interested. If you're interested contact me and I'll answer your questions. You are also welcome to come see it. I fly it occasionally and I'm planing to sell it in July or August so there's time for interested people to come and look, talk with the mechanic that's maintained it for 30 years and make me an offer. Thank you, Jim

Avionics / Equipment

Basic good avionics, see the pictures. Super clean wiring underneath with no extra, older or unused wires. Excellent balanced instrument lighting for night flight. 4 place intercom.

Airframe

Original paint. Nothing covered over. Easy to see what's there. You can paint it what ever color you like, or leave the Classic look.

Engines / Mods / Prop

IO-520
3 blade Hartzell

Interior / Exterior

Last year installed new headliner and carpet.
Seats comfortable but could use recovering.

Remarks

This plane flies very well. You can paint it as you like to your style, or leave the original look. It has a lot of time left on the engine, prop and air frame so it will be low cost to fly for some years. I maintained everything very well for 30 year with the same highly respected A&P mechanic's shop. You can meet him and discuss the plane and logs with him and/or have your A&P look it over. For someone that wants to move up from a 4 seat to higher useful load in a 6 seat, its a pretty great airplane.
