FLORIDA AVIATION HANGAR COMPLEX - AVAILABLE FOR LONG TERM LEASE OR FOR SALE PROPERTY DISCRIPTION: • The property is privately owned and is located in central Florida on a public use airport. • This property has a lifetime FAA deed which provides no fee access to the taxiways and runways. It is not a through the fence access. Property consists of 3 steel hangars and and office space. HANGAR 1 consists of a 80 x 80 foot open bay hangar with a clear span door with an opening height of 23 feet. This bay is equipped with high intensity LED lighting. In addition, we have a lease for the surrounding two acres of industrial land with 13 years remaining on the initial lease.
